How long does a coaching program last?

The Commit to 6 (Private Coaching) and Shift in 6 (Group Master Mind) are both 6 months long and can be extended or renewed indefinitely. The Focus for 4 (Micro Private Coaching) is for 4 months.


Can the programs be shorter than 6 months?

Yes, we can customize the length of a program based on unique and specific criteria and needs. Normally we will ask a client to partner with us through the Focus for 4 program is 6 months seems to be too long of a commitment.


How much does a program cost?

Each program has it's own pricing sheet. If you would like a copy of the price structure, please contact us and we will forward you the pricing structure for the program you are interested in.


Do I have a choice who I work with?

At this time, all new clients are working with Karen Kleinwort, CPC who has over 25 years of corporate, non-profit and for-profit experience in both the private and public sectors.


Do I have to have my program focused only on my business?

No! We can customize your partnership goals based on what you need. If you are going through a major life change or crisis and would like to solely have us support you through this, then that is what our focus will be. We always encompass your whole life during our sessions - one portion never stands along. Personal life impacts our business and our business impacts our personal life.


What does a typical private coaching session look/feel like?

Typically a session for a Commit to 6, Private Coaching session will last 50 - 60 minutes. The first 5 minutes is used to 'check-in' with you. We get a feel for where you're at, how you feel on all levels and for you share if any new challenges have arisen. At this point, if there has been a new life altering situation then that may have us redefine our session, and possibly set new short term goals. If all is going along nicely then we spend the next 40 minutes going over goals, milestones, discussing and brainstorming ideas and solutions for you to achieve your short and long term goals. The last 5 - 10 minutes is set aside to review our conversation, confirm goals and tasks for the upcoming week and assign responsibilities to ensure you know what you are responsible for and what Karen is possibly responsible for.


What does a typical group coaching session look/feel like?

Typically a session for a Shift in 6, Group Coaching session will last 60 - 90 minutes. The first 15 minutes is used to 'check-in' with each of the group members. We get a feel for where everyone is at, how each of you are feeling on all levels and for each member to share if any new challenges have arisen; have the member of the week from the previous session update how the week went. We spend the next 45 - 60 minutes going over goals, milestones, discussing and brainstorming ideas and solutions for the member of the week to achieve their short and long term goals. The last 15 minutes is set aside to review our conversation, confirm goals and tasks for the upcoming week and assign responsibilities to ensure you know what you are responsible for and what Karen is possibly responsible for. At this point we ensure all members have been addressed and felt supported. Each member, even if they are not the 'member of the week' receive 5 - 10 minutes of support.


What does a typical micro private coaching session look/feel like?

Typically a session for a Focus for 4, Micro-Private Coaching session will last 25 - 30 minutes. The first 5 minutes is used to 'check-in' with you. We get a feel for where you're at, how you feel on all levels and for you share if any new challenges have arisen. At this point, if there has been a new life altering situation then that may have us redefine our session, and possibly set new short term goals. If all is going along nicely then we spend the next 20 minutes going over goals, milestones, discussing and brainstorming ideas and solutions for you to achieve your short and long term goals. The last 5 minutes is set aside to review our conversation, confirm goals and tasks for the upcoming week and assign responsibilities to ensure you know what you are responsible for and what Karen is possibly responsible for.
